Committed capital
Total amount LPs and the GP have contractually promised to fund over the life of the fund.
Committed capital sets the denominator for many fee bases during the investment period and caps how much can be called (subject to the LPA).
Uncalled capital is the remaining commitment available for future calls, net of what has already been contributed.
