Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of ATLAS, operated by Cartooli Business Ventures Inc. ("we," "us"). By using the site or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ATLAS.

ATLAS provides fund operations tooling and AI-assisted analysis for venture and private equity workflows. Outputs are for information and workflow support only. ATLAS is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified professionals.

You choose what to paste, upload, or fetch into Import & Analyze, what to ask the CFO Advisor, and what fund parameters to enter. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and for reviewing anything you rely on before sharing it with LPs, auditors, or regulators.

Sensitive or confidential materials should only be submitted if you accept that selected content may be transmitted to Anthropic when you run AI features, as described on the privacy page.

AI-generated text can be incomplete or wrong. Models may misread files, misstate formulas, or omit context. Verify numbers and narratives against your source systems before acting on them.

Do not use ATLAS to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or abuse our systems, or interfere with other users. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication on protected routes.

The fund tools at /app (including Import & Analyze and CFO Advisor) are available without purchasing a plan through the site. Optional use of your own Anthropic API key is between you and Anthropic.

The services builder lets you select fund functions and receive a computed monthly total before you start a trial. If Stripe is configured on the server and your quoted monthly total is greater than zero, you may pay through Stripe Checkout as a monthly subscription with a seven-day trial; the exact amount and line items come from your saved quote at checkout. If Stripe is not configured, we record the trial internally without collecting card payment through the site.

Enterprise assessment offerings described on the /83s1c/assessments pages may be sold separately; those pages describe how pricing is quoted. Payment and scope for those engagements are agreed outside the self-serve fund tools.

We may introduce additional paid features later. If we do, we will describe price and terms before you are charged.

The site and app are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive venue for disputes arising from these terms lies in the state courts located in Chesterfield County, Virginia, or in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. There is no binding arbitration requirement.
